Terms of Use

Service
MiraPic provides AI-assisted image generation from a photo and choices you submit. Results are probabilistic and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing an image before publishing or relying on it.
Your content and permitted use
You keep your rights in content you lawfully provide. You grant MiraPic the limited permission needed to transmit and process it to operate your request. You must have consent and legal rights for every person and image submitted. Do not use MiraPic for impersonation, fraud, harassment, non-consensual intimate imagery, exploitation of minors, unlawful discrimination, deceptive evidence, or infringement.
Credits and subscriptions
Prices, billing period, included credits, renewal terms and any introductory offer are shown by Google Play or Apple before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the store at least as required by that store. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Credits are a limited service entitlement, have no cash value, are not transferable, and may expire or refresh as stated in the selected plan. Restore Purchases reconnects an eligible store purchase to the authenticated account.
Fair use
Reasonable automated pace limits protect availability and cost for everyone. Attempts to bypass authentication, app-integrity checks, credits, purchase validation or request limits may lead to temporary restriction or account suspension.
Availability and changes
We may change or discontinue features, templates, pricing for future periods, and technical limits, subject to store rules and applicable law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or a specific creative result. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Account deletion
You can permanently delete your account inside MiraPic under Profile → Delete my account. This removes personal account data and the private in-app gallery. Store transaction records and irreversible free-trial anti-fraud claims may be retained where legally or operationally required. Photos already saved in your device gallery remain under your control. Deleting an account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.
